1. Bringing Your Own Products:
Customers are not required to bring their own products for any of our services.
2. No-Charge Service Adjustment:
To address any concerns that may arise after the initial service, we have implemented the following policy for NO- CHARGE service adjustments.
Must notify us of any service-related issues within the specified time frames:
- 3 days for regular nail polish services
- 7 days for nail enhancement service
3. Medical Conditions:
- For your safety and the safety of our staff and other clients, please inform us if you have any of the following health conditions: ingrown toenail or onychocryptosis, diabetes, hemophilia, hepatitis, STDs, pregnancy, and any other condition that may pose a health risk.
- We are committed to taking every necessary preventative measure to reduce the risk of infection. However, please note that we are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice or procedures.
All services provided from Cool Nails are non-refundable and satisfactory once payment is complete.
